Arrow Service & Towing

My step daughter was in an accident while visiting Ormond Beach and this company handled the tow. Our entire experience was great though. We called once and spoke to a very helpful lady who explained everything on the phone and we drove down the next day. The lady at the widow was also extremely helpful, professional and polite. I can't really speak about the driver's as I had no contact with them. Also the man who let us in the yard was very nice and offered me tools to get the plate off the car, but I was prepared for that and brought my own. I've dealt with some shady, and down right terrible tow companies in my time so it was rather refreshing experience dealing with this company! Thank you!

This company is extremely Shady. We woke up to find our car not in the parking lot after much time and several phone calls with VRBO the owner we find out where the car is. Law enforcement can't do anything because it's on private property. The lady at Arrow States they have a picture of no parking pass in the car. By it being a Sunday there is nothing we can do but pay them the $235 to get our car out of being held hostage. We ask for the photo that they have showing there is no pass in the car and the woman who answered the phone said we can't produce a picture. They are very shady but unfortunately the Daytona Inn has a contract with them and they should do something themselves and not just the towing company and because it's private property the police can't do anything we have to go to court and sue them. Do not if you can help it have anything to do with Arrow Towing Update.. we just got the car and the pass is in the car. SHADY...I will be calling BBB tomorrow and filing at the court house. We videoed walking to the car with an employee and the pass is in the car.

I had a flat tire at 4:30AM. The technician arrived quickly. I also appreciate the call from the company letting me know they were 10 minutes away. Everyone was wonderful!

My car broke down in a parking lot in Daytona tonight and I used my roadside assistance which sent me this company. Best towing experience I’ve ever had. The lady on the phone said 30 minutes and the man arrived in 30 minutes. He was extremely nice as was the lady on the phone. My car was handled with care in a timely manner. Very much appreciated.

While NO towing service is ever cheap, Arrow towing & service is at least friendly & professional. If you call ahead of picking up your vehicle, they tell you exactly what you need to bring get your vehicle back. So no wasted trips back & forth. The office to pay for your vehicle when it's been towed is on 6th Street just around the corner from there service yard. The yard where your vehicle is stored is also on 6th Street between the railroad tracks and US1. They have an ATM machine conveniently located on the handicap ramp to the office as shown in the picture I added.
